New competitive neutrality complaint investigation threshold
From December 2013, the VCEC will apply a $500,000 threshold (based on the revenue of a government business) when considering whether to accept competitive neutrality (CN) complaints for investigation. The threshold will ensure complaint investigations are undertaken where this is a proportionate approach to achieving compliance with the CN Policy. The obligation for government businesses to apply the CN Policy remains unchanged. Go to: Complaint Handling and Investigation Process for more information.
