 Draft Report
The draft report, A Sustainable Future for Victoria: Getting Environmental Regulation Right, was released on 26 March 2009.
The release of the draft report gives interested parties the opportunity to comment on the Commission’s analysis of options for improving regulation of the natural environment in Victoria before presentation of the final report to Government by 23 July 2009
A  media release and fact sheets have also been issued.
The Commission welcomes further participation in the inquiry and seeks to receive submissions by 15 May 2009.
