Inquiry into Reform of the Metropolitan Retail Water Sector The inquiry into reform of the metropolitan retail water sector is now completed. The inquiry commenced on 14 August 2007, when the Victorian Treasurer announced that the Commission would undertake an inquiry into reform of the metropolitan retail water sector. The inquiry received a number of submissions from interested parties and the Commission submitted its final report to the Treasurer on 29 February 2008.
