 Inquiry into Reform of the Metropolitan Retail Water Sector
  • The inquiry into reform of the metropolitan retail water sector is now completed.
  • The inquiry commenced on 14 August 2007, when the Victorian Treasurer announced that the Commission would undertake an inquiry into reform of the metropolitan retail water sector.
  • The inquiry received a number of submissions from interested parties and the Commission submitted its final report to the Treasurer on 29 February 2008.
  • The Treasurer released the final report (and the Governments response) on 3 July 2008.
