Inquiry into Enhancing Victoria's Liveability The inquiry into enhancing Victoria's liveability is now completed. The inquiry commenced on 12 October 2007, when the Victorian Treasurer announced that the Commission would undertake an inquiry into enhancing Victoria's liveability. The inquiry received a number of submissions from interested parties and the Commission submitted its final report to the Treasurer on 3 October 2008.
